Chill out time meditation

(For refreshment of the mind, peace, and a re-energizing of the body) Sit in a quiet place, turn off the phone/TV, drink a little water and make sure your clothes and the environment is comfortable for you. It’s best not to meditate just after a heavy meal or any excitement. If you  have dry eyes, put some drops in them because it helps to close them, and tune into your imagination during this meditation.

(Sit for a minute or two and let your eyes open when you are ready. In a moment, bring yourself back into your surroundings, relax for a few more minutes, and be ready to return to your normal activities, refreshed and calm)
